Staff were incredible, nice and quiet location off the main strip. Ideally suited for couples. Rooms were excellent. Free use of bicycles were of great use. Pool and bar were quiet. Food at the restaurant was outstanding. Joh and Daniel on the front desk were outstanding and looked after our every need! Would highly recommend/re-visit!

We had a lovely stay at this property, the rooms were nice and the pool and pool area were so nice to sit around. Arina and Firman were so lovely and helpful, especially when my gf was sick they resply helped her. The bathroom probably needs a little better ventilation as it smelled quite damp and the shower was a bit temperamental with the temperature. But overall it was a very good stay and would recommend to anyone.

A beautiful resort – highly recommend! We absolutely loved our two-night stay at Cocana in the Gili Islands. The hotel is beautiful, spotlessly clean and has a lovely chic, modern resort feel. It’s a great place to relax and escape a little from the hustle and bustle of the island. We stayed in a Level 1 Lagoon Villa, which had direct access to the lagoon pool shared by the villas in that section. It was lovely having the pool right outside the villa and being able to step straight in. The...

Evrything is perfect; all staffs are gentle and plite, room is always very clean, it is very quiet in day time and noght time.

Love staying at this small resort of very sweet villas in Gili T. Been there twice now and resort remains well kept with lush plants and palm trees. Each villa has personal outdoor seating table and day bed. Lovely swimming pool and sun beds. Friendly staff who arrange trips etc, nothing too much. Bycle rental on site. Walking distance to beach and restaurants but not noisy. Good price. Would recommend.

Lovely staff. Perfect location on the edge of the busy area but still relaxing and peaceful.

We had a lovely stay, it's a great place. We are so pleased we stayed here (it was recommended by a tour guide). Really nice quirky bungalows with a gorgeous outdoor bathroom (no hot water). The staff are great, very friendly, but the service was very slow. We ordered our meals in advance but it was still late. They were fully booked over Easter & we weren't in a hurry so it didn't affect us, but if you have a deadline you may be frustrated. The food is very good so worth the wait. Next time...

Loved it here, would definitely stay again

This hotel was a great stop off, on our way to Rote. The hotel arranged taxis from the airport & to the port. Assisted with tickets to Rote for the fast ferry. The breakfast was great, so much choice & very fresh. For dinner we went to Taman Laut again 5 *****. We will be back. Loved the people 10/10.

Perfect place to relax Set in beautiful grounds

Lovely villa with great pool and facilities. We were provided with bicycles to explore the island. The only complaints we had were that the staff were rude and not trained well. Ara was lovely and accommodating but she wasn’t there all the time and towards the end she promised us late check out but they were all rushing us out hours earlier and she lost all her friendliness. The staff that cooked and cleaned for us especially Maria had no consideration for our privacy. They didn’t have warm...

The hotel is literally a minutes walk away from the harbour. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms surround a small pool however we didn’t use it given we were there to enjoy the beautiful beaches and snorkelling but it was all nicely laid out. The complimentary breakfast was also very nice.

Stayed 3 nights, the main event being a days diving which was just the best ! Really professional and really enjoyable. Room was great, breakfast great, bintang was cold and the staff were awesome !

We were very happy with our accommodation, room was nice and kept very clean. Grounds very well taken care of and staff couldn’t do enough to help. Would definitely go back!

We had such an amazing stay at A Villas! The private villa with the private pool made the trip feel so special. It's in a perfect location, close to the beach, the harbour and great restaurants. The hotel staff were so friendly, kind and accommodating, organising private snorkeling trips for us and even fetching us an additional fan when we felt hot. We had such a great time here and can't recommend this place enough. If we are ever lucky enough to come back to Gili Air then we will definitely...
