Friendly and efficient staff providing excellent and responsive service. The property is beautiful with amazing ocean views and beautiful sandy beach readily accessible! Room was lovely- air conditioned, quiet and clean, with great water pressure in the shower, fully stocked mini bar. Full suite of amenities- including water sports, gym, spa, several bars, restaurants and swimming pools, and great night-time entertainment. We really had an exceptional experience- highly recommend.

Really nice clean and comfortable room. All staff were attentive and helpful and even just staff walking around the resort would offer a friendly “jambo”. The all inclusive is great and the buffet is large with many options. Dinner at Ia was really good. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Amazing hotel to stay. Being an avid traveller, I can say this is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed. The food is exceptional in quality and quantity. The staff are very friendly and cater to all needs. Such a lovely place to be to relax and enjoy the all-inclusive vibes. All staff are smiling and show so much care towards you. We were specially looked after by Abdallah who mostly works in Ginger bar and also Ibrahim who works in the restaurant. They looked after us so well. I'd 100% recommend this hotel and will be vising again

The resort is very large and spreads over a huge area which means it never feels crowded. There is a steep slope from the reception area to the restaurants and bars which would be a problem for less mobile people. Limited covered seating if/when it rains. Staff are a real asset as they are ALL so friendly!

Had a great stay, lot’s of sunbathing chairs, many pools, although the resort was at full capacity, it did not feel crowded. Staff are extremely polite and welcoming. Delicious food with lot’s of variety. It’s a resort to stay in the resort as there is not much around it to walk too. As soon as you go outside the premises, locals are quite insistants.

The hotel grounds were absolutely beautiful. The beach is gorgeous and the security keeps the vendors away from the sun loungers. The bar tenders were fabulous and so friendly. The promenade wait staff was a tad inattentive and it took multiple asks to finally get water or beverages with meals. Food was good. Overall had a wonderful 4 days at the Riu.
