"The staff at the blue jay pub were absolutely lovely and so helpful ,all i have to say is probably a member of staff needs to be alocated in the hotel to save keep walking to the pub to get extra milk ,sugar and toilet roll ,oh and the doors from the hotel room doors are the most loud and scary ones being slammed for hours and hours on end and the floor from the room above us we were room 108 is the most loudest floor heard every footstep all around there rokm so came back from weekend stay...

"We arrived early and they allowed us to check in even though we didn’t pre-book it paid the early check in fee on the day. Room was very clean and bed was really comfortable staff were extremely polite and helpful will definitely stay again. "

"We had a family & friends weekend to Gardeners World & Good Food Show at the NEC. The Coleshill Hotel is perfectly located so I booked 4 rooms. What a pleasant surprise it was and gem of a place I will certainly be returning to when I am in the West Midlands on business. Plenty of car parking which is free for guests. Great wifi connection. Smart TV in room. A bath, not shower - What a treat! Great food selection, reasonably priced But best of all, the staff. Reece who checked us in was...

"All good - Food in the Pub excellent. Can recommend the Steak Diane. Good atmosphere. There were 6 of us. All happy with our stay. Stairs a bit high to the top bedroom but we were ok. Food in the pub across the road looked good Tilted Wig. Especially the Sunday Roast. The smallest pub in Warwick a few yards away. Excellent. Everything on hand. Couldnt fault it. A great stay everything walkable. "

I had reached out asking if we could get late checkout, even just an additional hour would have helped. They were super kind and had arranged late check out for us with no problems. Super helpful and friendly staff And lovely food. Only moan would be we only had a double bed rather then king-size (1st world problems I know)"
