Quick trip
Room was very clean. No loud noise. AC worked great. Break menu was good. But i only got Menudo and a coffee before we drove back to Phoenix. I will stay there everytime we go tho Casas Grandes

I made a reservations on line called to confirm and explain changes I needed. When I arrived first they lied about me not having a reservations. When I showed them proof of my active reservations they stated they cancelled it without letting me know and had no availability at their hotel.

Dear Dina, We are reviewing the information you provide us about your reservation that was registered in the name of Orlando Rico.There are two reservation records, one canceled by the guest and another valid that was the one in which the accommodation was applied from July 21 to 23.Reception does not have the attributes to cancel any Expedia reservation, only you as customers can carry out this process.We are sorry that this confusion has occurred, we will make corrections to avoid this type of situation.We remain as always at your service.Have a great day.

Convenient location, Quiet and Clean. Staff in the cell phone instead of greeting the Customers, and seemed annoyed. Room Service took almost 1 hour for a simple request. Dish was mostly improvised and tasteless. Run out of Hot water for most of the 2-nights stay. Morning buffet very decent and hostess was more friendly, made the visit almost bearable. We were guests there before, and during that visit, our impression was a lot more positive than this time.

El Hotel no respeto el precio que se reservo atravez de expedia, la diferencia no fue considerable, pero al final de cuentas considero que es deshonesto. y nada etico por el Hotel. De ahi en mas el hotel es excelente en todos los sentidos. Gracias
