THE PLACE WAS VERY BEAUTIFUL AND CLEAN. BEDROOMS WERE SUPER BIG AND COMFORTABLE. FOOD WAS TASTY, BUT NOT A LOT OF VARIETY AND NOT HOT ENOUGH FOR MY LIKING. THEY DON'T HAVE ANY SHOWS OR CLUB FOR ENTEIRTEIMENT. I UNDERSTAND THEY RENOVATATED THE HOTEL AND THEY JUST OPEN IN JANUARY AND MAYBE THOSE THINGS WILL GET IMPROVED OR ADDED DOWN THE ROAD. BESIDES THAT I HAVE NO COMPLAINT. STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND I HAD A GREAT TIME.

Convenient and safe location in Colonial District and blocks from numerous restaurants and historic sites. Room was spacious and clean and staff was very nice but we didn't speak Spanish and staff didn't speak English. Very nice experience.

Our one complaint about this lovely hotel was the impossible noise at night. The music from the rooftop bar kept us up and required visiting the front desk twice our first night to request they lower the music. Then a lobby argument so loud on our second night seemed headed towards violence. Otherwise, our rooms lived up to expectation as did the location in the colonial area.

Hotel nothing like advertised . .no castle front just boring glass. No shop, no information board, staff no knowledge of local area, pushed their own taxi at10 dollars (approx 530 peso) to cathedral, uber was 97 peso. Restaurant staff reluctant to refill breakfast favourites, other meals pleasant but overpriced. There is nothing in this area for holiday makers, an hour walk to the colonial area, local beach and surrounds filthy.
