Nowy Wisnicz Trip

Everything was generally good, but I was surprised that the carpets in the hallways and room were so dirty. The breakfast was really good. The parking adjacent to the hotel was excellent. Beds were comfortable.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Very helpful staff.

The hotel was spotless, staff were very freindly, we ate there good value for money, free fruit, biscuits and croissants every day. We,ll definitely stay there again.

Hotel was in good location, handy to the old town and the river. Some good eateries nearby, we went to Cafe Paris and the Tasty Beast. Room was good size, bathroom clean with good shower. Don’t be relying on the hairdryer tho, it lasts about 1 minute before cutting out. Room had a bit of a musty smell but we didn’t complain as we arrived at midnight and wanted to get to bed. Plus we weren’t in the room that long. We didn’t eat in hotel but had a few drinks in the bar. We were given a free bottle of Prosecco for the room however it was just a small bottle for 1! Good location to discover Krakow.

We have had a wonderful visit to this friendly hotel. We can not praise it enough the staff were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make our stay special.. the rooms were immaculate and appeared to be freshly renovated. Although there was no restaurant on site for breakfast, we took the breakfast option the hotel offer at a local café. Once again we would highly recommend The coffee and wine coffeeshop where the breakfast is served. It has a lovely ambiance with superb food.. If you visit Cracow do yourself a favour and make sure you stay at this hotel for great value for money.
