I ordered twin beds in the room and was told there was a king bed. I was told Wotif didn't let them know it has to be twin beds, so then the management decided to go separate the beds after some discussion. I liked the location but i didn't like the dirtiness. The fridge was disgusting, the drape had stains on it, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was filthy, the rubbish bin in the bathroom needed a wipe over, the toilet holder needed tightening up, we didn't get any fresh milk. Outside the room was disgusting. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

My family and I really enjoyed the stay, beds very comfortable, clean towels, very clean room, we were able to relax and enjoyed a swim in the pool. Overall a perfect stay and lovely staff. I would highly recommend

👎 on arrival office was untidy and uninviting There was no milk in fridge for coffee Freezer was choked badly with ice, needed defrost Security lock was fulled out of wall , hanging free Hair dryer didn’t work Dribble from fridge left dryer up in base of cupboard Mould growing on tiles around shower door Previous guests snack crumbs under cushion on couch. 👍Bed was extremely comfortable Bed linen & bathroom towels were good Staff were friendly & accommodating

It was decent - sorted us out for a little pitstop along a roadtrip Though I wouldn't, personally, say it is a 4 star: couple things not finished (e.g. taps not having covers, bathroom door awkward to open/close), pool needs a bit of revival with some paint, a/c loud and blows heftily at the bed, walls are paper thin (we had to ask the neighbours to be quiet as we could hear them talking and the TV after 11pm...) We got a king room but we were put in a room that hadn't been clean so we're upgraded - even though it was the room we'd paid for (seen in the pictures on here) Also, we had to leave before check out but very, very stern check out policy of $10 per 10 mins after 10am check out... Overall, good stay but just a couple things to note - thanks very much to all the staff we interacted with as they were very lovely and kind!

All good, except for the public places. We had a really nice room, plenty of space and convenience. If we talk about the thing to improve, those are: - We got a room for 3 people, but somehow it's very often (including this property) that there are 2 chairs, 2 sets of cutlery, so many things are for 2, but not for 3, which does not make sense when you sell the room to 3 people. - It was raining when we stayed there, but it was impossible to find a location to spend time outside during rainy conditions. There were balcony chairs for people staying at level 1, but there was nowhere to enjoy some time for ground level customers (chairs near the swimming pool don't matter, because during the rain those were wet too). Other than that, good place to stay while travelling.

Good Location, comfortable room
A large spacious room, clean and neat. The bathroom tiling needed repair but was clean. The smart tv was excellent. The kitchen was useful. Soundproofing needs improvement as screaming kids were evident.

The rooms were comfortable and clean however some attention needed to be paid to areas such as broken bins, moving toilet seats, toilet roll holders and how quiet the other patrons are (there were a lot of noises from the slamming of doors and talking that continued until the small hours (even on our last night they were continuing until we were getting ready from 6 am.) Also, the pool needs repainting and warning signs regarding the depth. However, kudos needs to be given to the owners who were welcoming and friendly, meeting me with humour and welcoming us. The rooms were tidy and the bed was amazingly confortable.

Great location, does need a clean up around, entrance to rooms gurnied, vacuumed, sliding doors out to balcony rollers need replacing. Windows cleaned, vacuumed under beds there was old butts. Fridge defrosted.

The room needed a few little maintenance jobs in the room ie hinge broken on cupboard door of fridge n vanity cupboard needed sawdust vacuumed out of cupboard from rebuild. Would definitely stay again because the positives far outweighed any negatives.The room was clean and roomy enough to be comfortable and all the facilities taken care off.

Small car spaces. Had issues parking when a car parked opposite not parking close to the front reducing the space for us to maneover our large vehicle into a corner space with a pole near the door. Also. Plastic bag covering Fire Alarm in the room raised safety concerns in the event of a fire.

Good and clean property near to the shopping centre. Good value. Although the crockery, utensils and dishwashing liquid are provided, there is no separate kitchen sink. Might need to bring disposable items if you don’t want to wash dishes in bathroom sink.
