"Lovely area for skiing, hiking, and biking. We really enjoyed this hidden resort area. Unfortunately, it was just a one night stop for us, on our drive across Poland. Lovely restaurant, good breakfast service. We probably would have rated it as “Excellent” if we would have stayed there for at least several days. Overall, it was great to get there, highly recommended!"

"No hot water in room first night. Fixed next day. Both nights very noisy from restaurant cleaning below room. Had to make reservation for pool and spa area, but it quickly filled up with people. "5 stars for all staff, absolutely excellent service, nothing was a problem!!! We have excepted much more from the food though, using frozen vegetable in meals, meals which should be served as hot was almost cold, instant taste in meals, etc... We had the same poor experience with food at hotel Konsel. It seems like both hotels in area are aware of being only ones with restaurants and are not bothered about quality of food...It is shame as mountain food has always been the best quality. "

"DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL HERE. We had a booking confirmed and turned up and told no booking. They know nothing about it they said (even told they do not use hotels.com) so had to leave now trying to get money back. "
