I like the property was close to the designer outlet and the Autostrada. Rooms were clean. Breakfast had good options but space was less. The hotel cater to large groups which can get bit annoying in the night when they are drunk. Dint like the twin bed getting joined to make one double bed, it was uncomfortable to sleep.

Great option for the area.
Base Hotel is a great option for visiting the outlets. It is very well located for that as well as a reasonable size supermarket nearby. Parking is right at the hotel and check in/out is fast and friendly. The rooms are fairly new and fresh and clean, the breakfast is also a nice spread with sweet and savoury options. We would stay there again.

It's a nice modern hotel with good breakfast. Free parking in front of the hotel.we always choose this hotel when we have to sleep in this area. Noventa di piave outlet is very close

I like the fact that the room was spotless/clean and the suite was good size. I didn’t like the fact that there was no room service or maybe there was but it wasn’t working properly. But at least the lady at the reception provide us with the teas when we asked.

The hotel was in a good location for travelling to Venice Airport the following morning. The room was clean but the air-conditioning didn't seem to work as well as it should. It was rather too warm.

Great accommodations a chip shot from Venice!
Arrived from Slovenia and found the Base Hotel easily, because the sign stands out from the highway. The young man at desk, Paolo, was a great help in selecting a non-tourist Italian restaurant which was a 5 minute ride from hotel. Ca’ Landella, if I remember correctly. It was superb. Misplaced my card key, but no problem getting a replacement immediately, thank you P! Rooms were excellent. Price was great. I had booked well in advance thru Expedia, and my cousin was amazed at price that included fine breakfast with courteous and helpful waitstaff. Half hour to Marco Polo airport. The best!

Near the designer outlet that’s good.
The hotel looks and feels great! It’s clean and everyone is polite & respectful. The air conditioning was turned off and heating turned on which makes no sense so sleeping at night was difficult so once asked the staff to turn on the air conditioning we were declined. We where charged for the UK to EU adapter which ended up electricuting my girlfriend. We were not supplied with anything complimentary. There were 4 water bottles in the fridge that had no signs saying we will have to pay for them until we checked out which is absurd. The cleaning staff entered our rooms while we had the sign on our door that said ‘Do not disturb’ found that very rude. We paid for a double bed with a single but it turns out we did not get anything we paid for instead it was 2 single beds made into 1 double which again was inconvenient. The breakfast was amazing, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall improvement should be made but would never return or recommend to anyone.

A surprisingly pleasant experience!
We booked a 1 night stay here, arriving late into Venice airport and wanting to rest in a basic place before continuing our journey. But we were surprised to see how great Base Hotel was! Spacious rooms, helpful staff, clean areas, good breakfast - which included espresso in the rate (very rare!) - overall a very pleasant stay!

Great modern hotel
The hotel is clean, modern. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. During our stay, the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and there were a wide range of items to choose from.
