"It’s a Wellness and Spa Hotel and I failed to make an appointment for the Services. My room wasn’t cleaned during my stay and it’s inconvenient for elderly to walk up the stairs to the upper rooms. Faraway from everything to site see and shopping."

"Able to check in early. Convenient and ample parking. Short drive to Karlovy Vary. The only drawback is that my room was on the ground floor and along the path to the hotel lobby, so it’s noisy when guests chats while walking or dragging luggage. And the lack of privacy means curtains were always drawn."

The hotel is only a few months old, and it shows in every detail, modern design, immaculate spaces, and a sense that everything is operating at its best. The staff were consistently outstanding, warm, attentive, and genuinely engaged, which made a large group stay feel effortless. The food and wine were truly exceptional, easily the highlight of the experience, with quality and presentation well above typical hotel...

"Uns hat das Gesamtpaket von dem Hotel gefallen. Hervorzuheben war das Essen/hervorragende Köchin, sehr nettes Personal und eine schöne Sauna. Weiter so....."

"Sehr schöne Bad-und Saunaanlage. Was nicht schön war, war der A la Cart Raum. 9 Tische in einem Raum ohne Fenster, keine schöne Atmosphäre. Frühstück war ok."

"Super clean and comfortable place. Beautiful grounds. There was a misunderstanding because of the booking agents listing - the hotel manager was quick to accommodate me even though she wasn't obligated to do so. The pool and hot tub were great! The meals were delicious and glutenfree was provided. I recommend a stay here."

"Great place for families with kids because of the large unit sizes and the swimming pool. Units are well equipped for breakfast and small dinners. Superficial cleanliness is great, but don't look under the beds... The property is a 30 min walk from the city center. There are buses, albeit not easy to use."

"Good breakfast with a decent selection. The hotel is clean, rooms are renovated. The bathroom is a bit outdated but well maintained and clean."
