Stay was during the hot wave in Europe, 40degrees during the day, still very hot at night and they accommodated them in a room room without A/C (although when my Mom asked, they told her some rooms have A/C). However, check-in is only available until 4:00 PM; if you arrive late, you are out of luck. They do not accept check-ins after that. We did the mirror pool and mud pool + short massage, which made the trip worth it. The area itself is really beautiful, green and nice to walk around / have a drink.
