"I have zero complaints! The staff were amazing, the property and area it's in were beautiful, and overall it really made our stay in Kanazawa special. I highly recommend this place. Just be warned that if you have any mobility issues, the stairs going upstairs are very steep. "

"The house was impeccably clean and organized. The host had already thought of every possible question and had answers written down in English in various guides and instructions. He also provided helpful maps identifying local restaurants and attractions nearby. The host had great communication and had thought of everything.
