Pas d'eau, il faut se laver avec des seaux d'eau... Plusieurs jours sans wifi, quand la wifi est présente on ne capte pas dans tout l'hôtel, au début j'avais eu problème de clim on a du me changé de chambre, pas de tv dans les chambres seul 2 membres du personnels parle français si ils ne sont pas là 😅

Der Schein trügt!! Es ist „Nichts“ wie auf den Bildern dargestellt und die Beschreibungen auf der Webseite entsprechen absolut nicht der Wahrheit! Die Lobby ist düster, zersprungene Trennscheiben, keiner wusste das wir ankommen, der Besitzer ist nicht vor Ort, die Unterkunft wird von zwei Jugendlichen betreut die sich selbst überlassen sind. Die Unterkunft macht auf den ersten Blick den Eindruck der Verwahrlosung! Die Speisen im „Restaurant“ bestanden täglich aus zwei Hauptgerichten, Fisch und Huhn und Salat + Beilagen. Das Frühstück – angepriesen kontinental bestand im Folgenden aus: Zwei kleinen Baguettescheiben, Butter und Marmelade, in der Menge gerade passend zu den Baguettescheiben. Weiterhin ein Glas Saft oder Früchte. Alternativ zu dieser „Auswahl“ gab es Omelette oder Crépe, eine kleine Kanne Tee(2 kl. Tassen) oder eine kleine Tasse Kaffe. Jede weitere Tasse Kaffe oder erweitertes Frühstück musste bezahlt werden. WiFi war ständig ausgefallen und Tage lang gar nicht verfügbar. Der Zimmerservice war gut. Die besten Tage dieser Unterkunft müssen schon in weiter Ferne liegen, da das Geländer(bestehend aus Metall) des Balkons im1. Stock bei den Gästezimmern in einzelnen Teilen schon nicht mehr vorhanden ist. Diese Unterkunft ist keines Falls zu empfehlen – empfehlenswert ist die Schließung! Bezüglich dieser Einschätzung von mir, erwarte ich eine Stellungnahme Ihrerseits. Mit freundlichen, enttäuschten Grüßen G. Dietrich und J. Gommlich

La directrice de l'hôtel pratique le sur booking constamment. Nous l'avons constaté à 3 reprises lors de notre séjour. Nous en avons été victimes dès le premier soir car il manquait une chambre et l'un de nous a dû dormir dans l'hôtel voisin. Nous sommes partis à 3 amis et nous avions loué 3 chambres au rez de chaussée mais il n'y a en fait qu'une seule chambre au RDC! De plus cette dernière est incomfortable: pas de lumière dans la salle de bain, porte qui ne ferme pas, chaleur étouffante, il y a bien une clim mais elle fonctionne très mal, réveil tous les matins à 5 heures par le personnel qui fait le ménage.. Le dernier jour nous avons subi une panne d'électricité liée à l'installation électrique de l'hôtel, le personnel n'a pas su gérer et dépanner rapidement. Nous avons donc préparer notre départ dans des conditions précaires, pas d'eau courante et une chaleur dans la chambre du RDC étouffante. Pour résumé, hôtel à fuir.

On est parti à 3 personnes et réservée 3 chambres à notre arrivée il manquait une chambre !!!! La directrice absente !!!! Elle envoie des sms.Elle Voulait que l ont partage à plusieurs une chambre, j ai du aller dans un autre hôtel !!!! Le lendemain on ma placé dans une chambre à l étage puis quelques jours après la directrice toujours par sms voulait me faire changer de chambre c était pas possible elle avait des doubles réservations pour les mêmes chambres . Elle gère très mal son hôtel le personnel est dépassé,c est lamentable ,d autres clients ont eu le même problème,je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.panne d électricité 24 h alors que les autres hôtels remarchent,le personnel inefficace pour trouver une solution et toujours la directrice absente pour régler les problèmes.je suis très mécontent de la direction et la trouve pas à sa place pour diriger un hôtel . Dommage que les clients subissent de tels problèmes durant leur vacances. Je ne peux faire qu’un un avis très négatif

Je vous ai deja envoyé un mail disant que la patronne de l’établissement etait en dessacord avec vous et me demander de repayer. J’ai dormi une seule nuit. La chambre ne correpond pas à votre photo. Pas de groupe si coupure. Coupure d’eau .. emplacement tres bruyant.. Je vous ai demandé le remboursement, mais j’attends toujours une réponse de votre part.

Camere minuscole. Servizi con necessità di idraulico. Televisione e ventilatore non funzionano. Troppo lenti a servire i pasti. Però molto ecomico anche nelle cene . Cibo delle cene accettabile
