"Estive hospedado no hotel neste fim de semana. A estrutura do hotel em si é muito boa, inclusive a área de frente para a praia, que é muito bem organizada e confortável. A comida é boa, principalmente por ser um sistema de meia pensão, o que evita gastos extras com o jantar. O que deixou um pouco a desejar foi o café da manhã. Apesar de haver funcionários responsáveis pela reposição dos alimentos, acredito que a quantidade de funcionários não seja suficiente. Por exemplo, peguei uma panqueca e, quando fui repetir, já não havia mais. Ela não foi reposta até o momento em que fui embora. Em relação aos quartos, a limpeza precisa melhorar. O chão parece ser passado apenas com pano, sem enxágue adequado, ficando pegajoso ao caminhar. As toalhas, embora limpas, estão bastante desgastadas, encardidas e precisam ser substituídas. Por fim, uma pintura na fachada ajudaria a renovar o ambiente e melhorar ainda mais a aparência geral do hotel, já que ela apresenta sinais de desgaste e aparenta estar bastante envelhecida."

"It's already my seventh time here, but it's impressive how it degraded the service, if you don't ask they don't make the bed opener, in 3 nights they didn't put back neither towels nor the water, when I asked for the water, they charged 48 reias, coffee capsules also didn't put it back, in the restaurant the dishes don't come out with the same quality as years ago (which was impeccable) the older employees still do a good job, but the new ones are unprepared, they took 30 minutes at the checkout to make an adjustment to the bill that was too much for a spa error, the impression is that the owners leave the hotel, this is unfortunate"

"Pontos positivos. Quarto familia e banheiro tamanho excelente. Camas confortáveis. Check in e check out rápidos. Funcionários muito prestativos, em especial a Rosangela responsável pela limpeza do nosso quarto. Cafe da manha perfeito . A comida dos restaurantes temáticos estava ótima, acredito por ser a lá cart pra menos pessoas. Utilizamos pra jantar e brunch. Pontos negativos - Falta de sinalização dentro do hotel pra chegarmos no quarto e nos restaurantes. comida do buffet dos restaurantes principais não nos agradou tanto no almoço. Bonitas de aparência mas não tão saborosa quanto os temáticos. Como o refrigerante era de máquina quando elas estavam nas areas externas era repleto de abelhas correndo o risco até de cair dentro do copo enquanto enchia. Areas externas quase sem iluminação a noite. Cerveja e Chopp quentes devido a ntensa abertura de freezer. Mesmo na choppeira não era bem gelado."
