"Check in was supposed to be at 4:00 however we did not get our cabin until almost 7:00. We had food in coolers with ice melted and all we got was apologies, nothing was done to compensate us in anyway. The water park was not the greatest either. The wave pool was only turned on a few times during our stay and there wasn’t enough seating. "

"Both of the mattresses in room 332, were extremely hard and uncomfortable! They were much worse than any of the other rooms, I have stayed on, on the property. This room did not have a microwave, like all the others I have stayed in, at this property."

"This was one of the worst hotel stays I've ever experienced, but since I had paid and was from out of town I stuck it out until morning. The property is basically falling apart. Several moldy or broken ceiling tile. The bathroom had been aggressively caulked with spotted stains of growth still slowing. A large chipped gash was in the tub. They were stains all over the back of the door. The lobby bathroom is accessible to the attached bar grill, with all the association of what to expect a bar bathroom to be. Extremely disappointing experience. "

"It was absolutely amazing the only downside which is not any of the staffs fault is that the fire alarm went off at about 3:30am but other than that it was a terrific stay and I will be back!"

"The hot tub was not working. Very unfortunate since the hot tub was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. We did not eat breakfast so cannot comment on the food. Thursday night was great. Friday night was terrible. There was loud music & noise until 4:30am. I didn’t get to sleep until 5:00. "
