The room was great kids loved the pool and hot tub. Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was good. I come here every year to see my son and spend a week or two here. Never have any problems.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. They are rude dont take care of anything. Act as if everything is a inconvenience

Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Muskegon Norton Shores
Arrived to check in with 4 11-yr girls for a swim night. Was told the pool was closed for two weeks. I Canceled the reservation. Will need to file for refund. I reserved online, should have been notified the pool was closed!

My hotel stay was great! Lisa the guest service person was so kind and welcoming. The rooms were very clean and breakfast was great.
