Most annoying thing is we booked this hotel because it had a pool and hot tub but it was under renovation and at no point in time did we get any heads up that it was not going to be open during our stay. Incredibly disappointing especially for my son"

"The staff was very helpful. The hotel and room was clean. They had a very nice selection of Hartley & Son's Tea which was a nice break from the same ol' Bigelow. I don't eat breakfast, so can't comment. Even though the room was clean and nice - if you get a room in the front of the hotel by the parking lot - you can hear all the cars driving by. So make sure to have a noise app on your phone. Other than that - great stay and would recommend."

"Outdated, ceiling tiles for a ceiling, a busted up recliner that I would dare never to sit in and beaten up doors, what looked to be with a blood stain phone for calling front desk. My only major complaint was being woken up at night by barking dogs and a lady shouting about room '420 is selling meth from their room the person in 420 is meth head." I guess you get what you pay for because it was cheap. Would I stay there again? Maybe, just not with my wife and child."
