"The hotel was undergoing MAJOR construction (NOT disclosed at booking) Half of our floor was tarped off, with a strong smell of paint, dust, and stale cigarette smoke that made the stay very unpleasant, especially for our children. Had we known, we would have chosen a different hotel. The hot tub was large, but the water temperature was excessively hot, making it unusable for more than a 2 minutes. We later heard another guest report the same issue and the person at the desk using some excuse about it needing to be at that temperature. I think not.... We booked this hotel specifically for a family of five because it offered two queen beds and a pull-out couch. However, when we opened the couch, it was extremely dirty, with debris, coins, and buildup underneath, suggesting it had not been properly cleaned. The pull out bed was really bad.... The young lady that worked the evening of April 17th was an absolute doll. EXTREAMLY DISAPOINTED....."

"We were in town for a basketball tournament at UND. This was the closest hotel to the venues. The room was great and the breakfast was wonderful . We will be back next year to stay again."

"The individual who prepared breakfast was very dedicated and the space was impeccable. I did not appreciate being dumped in a dog room, with our small non shedding dog and being billed twice and more than what was stated on Expedia. This should be an allowed choice for reservations, to add the pet fee."
