"I had to request a new room, due to the fact that the blinds didn't work, I had to request an Iron, and this location charged my card. so upsetting."

"Floor tiles very cracked in the bathroom and coming up. Walls in the bathroom were moldy. AC was very loud."

"The only complaint I would say is I booked this room for 2 days but the tv was out of service. The attendant I did ask didn't know how to fix the problem but they were still good at other requests I needed. They need to maintain that each room has functional tvs."

"We booked through Expedia thinking this was a hotel... it was a motel. We spent $149 a night on this hotel that was in horrible condition. There was toilet paper on the shower wall, the entry door didnt even close right, the room stunk, the sheets were stained, the ac barely cooled, the bathroom door would scrap the floor when opening and closing, the sink would clog, the toilet was disgusting and the covers for the screws on the lid was dirty and broken. The chair was ripped and full of dirt...
