"We had an issue when we first checked into our room and it was quickly taken care of by staff."

"This hotel is not perfect, my biggest complaints were there were cobwebs in corners meaning their cleaning staff only flips the room and doesn't look at the little things, and there was no exhaust fan in our room, so it seemed to stay damp especially after a shower. We were there for 3 nights and I did not find anything a traveler would find worry some like bugs or mold. The staff were all great! Very friendly and attentive and great with my daughter, she is 6 and full of questions for everyone. I was not aware when I chose this hotel that as well as a pool there is a deck overlooking some kind of body of water like a marsh or estuary and it was beautiful! The staff is also working on some major maintenance trying to update and clean up the property and they are doing a great job. I would say with the budget pricing and its proximity to attractions (2 minutes from Cedar Point, 20 minutes to the ferry to Put In Bay and 25 minutes to Marblehead) it is well worth your consideration to stay there."

"The room and bathroom were very clean. We were on the 4th floor. Fewer rooms and quiet. Parking was ok. Several items offered for breakfast; however, the space is awkward and doesn’t flow. People were running into each other. Very crowded space for food and tables."

"The rooms were absolutely beautiful, offering ample space, elegant furnishings, and high-quality linens. The entire property was exceptionally well maintained and provided outstanding value for the price. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of options. What truly stood out, however, was the amazing hospitality of the staff. Despite our arrival around midnight, we were warmly welcomed with genuine smiles and exceptional courtesy. Their friendliness and professionalism made us feel valued and set the tone for a wonderful stay."
