"Nice hotel. But they said the breakfast was until 10:30 on Sunday. Said so in the little information card with the wifi information. Went down for breakfast at 10:05 and everything was gone. They said it was done at 10 and we were out of luck. So we had to go out for breakfast. Not very happy about that"

"Our stay had a few positives and a few drawbacks. The highlight was definitely the beautiful lake view. However, the room itself felt quite dated. The carpet is showing its age, and the heat register in the bathroom was noticeably rusty, which took away from the overall cleanliness feel. We had indicated there would be five guests, but the room really only accommodated four comfortably. With some updates and better attention to guest needs, this could be a better experience."

"One of the best hotel stays we have had anywhere! Our room was so clean, one of the beds was a little uncomfortable and hard but not the end of the world. My kids loved the water park and I had fun with them going down the slides and swimming, the front desk staff were so kind also. Just keep in mind that the slides do have days where they are closed if you are planning a stay! Love how close this hotel was to everything we needed also (target, Walmart etc)"

"It’s still one of my favorite places to stay, but it’s definitely starting to feel quite dated. There was garbage in the hallway when we checked in, and it was still there when we checked out. The pond also had a noticeable odor. Overall, it was okay, but not particularly outstanding."

"The staff were rude and racist. They gave the maintenance guy a key to my room, and he just came into my room without knocking. The AC in the room was not working. The bathtub, was not draining the water out properly."
