"Trying to check in multiple times after the 3pm check in time to be told each time, our room wasn’t ready yet when we had a concert to get to, and in a time crunch! Several other people in the lobby were told the same thing and in the same situation. I think they underestimated the amount of people, and the concert crowd that was in town for this performance, and should have prepared better with their housekeeping, Staffing and front desk staff also to help get everybody checked in in a timely manner.."

"Easy drive to the Sun Bowl stadium which was the reason for my stay. The staff was always friendly and kind. Breakfast was good. I liked the area and it felt safe. The tub had some hair in it but nothing we couldn’t clean ourselves. "

"This is a unique property that we mostly enjoyed. The staff was accommodating, but the breakfast that you have to pay for is extremely limited. The hot tub was down most of our stay, while the "heated" pool was freezing and that was the main reason I booked this property. Also, there are no elevators in the villas, so definitely make sure you're accommodated with any disabilities. "

"The staff was amazing. We were in town for the BTS concert and they did their best to accommodate early check ins while also preparing a room for people to get ready in for those that weren’t checked in yet."

"There was a bit of confusion with this one my reservation was canceled, and then reinstated. Regardless, they were really nice once it was. Everything was good and everything went softly. I was even allowed an early check-in. We were able to get some rest before our concert. It’s definitely a hotel I would return to. I wasn’t able to try the breakfast, but the staff was insanely nice. Every request was taken care of. I am thankful for this hotel reinstating my reservation. "

"It was very convenient to be able to walk a short distance from the airport. The room was nice. I slept well with no disruption. I really like the free fountain Coke. I'll stay again next time I come to El Paso."

"First the man at the front desk said that my reservation was canceled by Expedia and to call Expedia. The phone numbers that I found for Expedia customer service were wrong, one was a company that does adult chat lines. Then the front desk said that the manager of the hotel canceled my reservation because they had issues with several of their rooms. I was NOT notified of this prior to my arrival. Then the front desk finds me a room which was disgusting, no pillow cases for the old worn stained pillows, one of the beds was not clean with hair on the sheets, all counters were dirty, and there was pink and gray/black MOLD on the door frame of the bathroom! I had no where else to go, all hotels were booked due to the BTS concert. The light outside of my room was not working so I didn’t feel safe opening my door or leaving my luggage in the room. I came for the BTS concert and all I could do was cry because I had no where else to go. It was a horrible experience and I am requesting a refund because it was not worthy of the $500 I paid for it. It was beyond disappointing. Please respond."
