"genuinely the worst hotel I have ever had the displeasure of staying. Every single good review under this property is definitely fake. Do not stay here under any circumstances. I paid way too much for the most disgusting room I’ve ever seen in my life. Only got a “refund” for the second day because I literally had to leave as soon as I could. Still paid too much to stay in a literal biohazard. Slept with my clothes and shoes on."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire visit. The hotel was in a great location, especially for attending events at the Sun Bowl, which made everything very convenient. The breakfast was surprisingly good with a great variety of options including fresh fruit, pancakes, eggs, and more. We also loved that they offered convenient grab-and-go breakfast bags for guests on the move. Overall, it was a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We came in for the BTS concert, I am so grateful my reservations were not cancelled , I so appreciate this hotel so much. This was happening to many all over EP. The rooms may not be updated but they were clean and super comfortable! The AC was super cold just like I like it. The commentary breakfast was super yummy and the staff was working so hard refilling everything for us lol. Thank you so much!!!!"

"First off, we went during the BTS El Paso concert weekend. I had anxiety all week once I heard people's reservations at other hotels were being cancelled. Thankfully, my reservation at this hotel was still being honored. Check In for me was very fast; I got my room keys in about 5 minutes. The property is pretty big with winding pathways but they provided us with a map so we could try to find our way. The room was spacious and clean. The refrigerator was cold and the bed was comfortable. The staff was great; very friendly and helpful. I really saw no issues with the room. The closet doors were off the hinges but other than that, the place was great. I'd stay here again when in El Paso."
