The staff never answered the phone and because the elevator did not work I had to make several trips to complain about my room. The water did not drain from the sink and they said it’s a known issue, which was not acceptable. The hall smelled like smoke, which crept under the door. The worst was ...

The tub was black, the toilet was nonstop running and didn't flush. The ac kept rattling. The $100 deposit wasn't known until day of. Was told that I had to pay 30 extra for a late check out, which was only an extra hour. All around, not very great.
