"Drove up to look for the Best Western— and was wonderfully surprised it was a magnificent, beautiful hotel!! Everything g lovely— nice water front view. Breakfast was wonderful!! Nice staff at breakfast and desk. "

"The man at the desk was rude and threw my driver license at me and said go stay at a different hotel....all because I ask why he scanned my driver license in a separate machine. (Hadn't seen that before). He spoke broken English and didn't like me asking questions. Room was nice though. Need to train employees how to treat paying customers."

"This hotel is an amazing value in Door County!! I had a very nice, spacious room with coffee! (I know that doesn't sound like much but I prefer having my morning coffee in the room rather than walking down a hallway!) Enjoyed the pool and whirlpool and breakfast was tasty. They even had treats for my dog at check in!! Shopping within walking distance along with several places to eat. I highly recommend staying here!!"
