Great hotel in an excellent location. Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast and comfortable rooms.

All the staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble. Its a great location for both the old town and the river.

The staff are excellent. Very friendly and helpful.

Amazing!!! It was clean, comfy, great breakfast. It was a little outside of the main part of town but there is a free bus which takes you to the centre if you don't fancy the walk. Self check in was really easy

I loved the hotel and was really pleased with it, the food at the restaurant is really nice, the rooms very cool and the view to die for. Would love to stay again and have more time to get to the chocolate factory !

Excellent hotel in great location. Breakfast and dinner first class
