"We spent several days at the ice-hotel, in the warm rooms, or rather cabins - they have separate bedrooms, a sitting/TV room, and a small kitchen. The cabin was great. The staff were very friendly, but missed to book a restaurant reservation we had asked for, and we also saw them give very wrong information about upgrade costs to another couple.
