We really enjoined our stay at this property. The personnel is very nice, rooms very clean and conformable and breakfast is great. Just 7 minutes walk to Matterhorn-Express, the hotel is very central but quiet at the same time.

The area is the best you will find in central Lugano. There is a funicular next to the hotel taking you directly to Lugano train station. The lake is 200m walk. The service is as good as any hotel I have ever been. The staff and very friendly and helpful. They helped me plan my trip to the two main Lugano mountains. We stayed 3 nights to celebrate a special birthday. The staff, hotel and restaurant were first class and went out of their way to make our experience special. We took a taxi to Zermaat from a nearby town and the hotel sent a horse and carriage to collect us. The location of the hotel was fantastic for the wonderful town and for views of the Matterhorn from our room. We had a lovely stay here and had the buffet breakfast in the morning, extremely central and only a 10 minute walk from the port and the train station. Felt like a very cosy and safe place, even had some board games available which we played

Amazing hotel with wonderful staff

A couple of minutes walk from the rail link to Zermatt .Chargeable parking under hotel. Nice draught beer. Nice bedrooms.

Well-located, walkable, and near the Zermatt train station. They provide free pick-up and drop-off services, which is wonderful. The room is well-maintained and spotless. Their breakfast options are excellent. Their staff is incredibly helpful and courteous. I got there somewhat early. They gladly finished the check-in procedure. They are always willing to help with navigation, village maps, etc. Around Zermatt, there are several trails to follow.

Perfect Matterhorn view. Very comfortable bed, good sized room and bathroom. Very nice balcony seating area. Well thought out blankets on balcony chairs. Would highly recommend, especially for the view!

The perfect choice of hotel for skiing in Zermatt! Right in the heart of the main town close to all amenities, ski lifts (walking distance/free bus) & the old town wooden barns which are so picturesque. The entire town is actually! Fantastic facilities in pristine village! The staff were very helpful and attentive, with every of detail of our stay well planned.

A little bit difficult to find but well worth the effort,There was a great welcome with an english speaking manager,and nothing too much trouble .We made use of the lovely pool and the wi fi worked outside our room a bonus.We ate at the hotel in the evening and very nice food with avery attentive member of staff looking after us.We booked the basic room so not too large but comfortable bed,The continental breakfast was ok but I'm a Bacon and eggs man really but still found enough to eat ok.Not...
