"The good Zoo is two minutes away and the encounters are wonderful. The hotel site is in the middle of beauty. Would definitely return. Visit was early March and trying to visit the glass gallery was hard bec of their liminted hours and then it was closed for inventory. "

"the room was okay. cleaner than the rest of the hotel as far as we could see. walls are way too thin, so you hear every sound made in the hallways, including all 9,000 children running amok, and that damned blue laundry cart being rolled around hundreds of times a day. It would've been great to hear a vacuum in that hallway though, since it was about the filthiest thing we've seen. and it smelled awful. Walls in the pool area look like they were covered in mildew. I really don't understand the high star-value on the reviews of this hotel. it was abysmal for our stay. "

"Dear Hotel Manager, I hope you are doing well. I wanted to bring to your attention an issue i experienced during my recent stay. When I checked into my room, there were no towels provided. In addition, there was no hot water available the evening I arrived or the following morning. These issuesmade my stay quite inconvenient, and I wanted to make sure the hotel was aware so they can be addressed. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide regarding this matter. "The staff that checked us in was not very courteous. We requested a room change due to no elevator in an adjacent building we were put in. Another staff member helped get it resolved. There was no breakfast included. "
