"I checked in on April 25, 2026 for a two‑night reservation. I booked through Expedia, for a business trip. What I walked into was nothing like what was advertised online. The photos on the website are completely misleading they do not match the reality of what this room actually looks like. The images show clean, modern, well‑maintained spaces. What I got was the exact opposite.
The moment I entered the room, I saw a roach crawling inside, which is absolutely unacceptable for any hotel claiming to offer safe, sanitary accommodations. Then I noticed cobwebs hanging directly over the bed, proving the room had not been cleaned or inspected at even the most basic level. This wasn’t a small oversight this was a complete failure of housekeeping and hygiene.
On top of that, there was constant loud disturbance outside my door, including kids running back and forth, yelling, and slamming doors. Between the pest infestation, the filth, the noise, and the false advertising, the room was completely unusable. I could not work, rest, or safely remain in the space.
Because of these conditions, I left after only 4 hours. I did not stay overnight, and I did not receive the services I paid for.
What makes this situation even more outrageous is the manager’s (Susan) behavior afterward. Instead of acknowledging the hotel’s clear failures, she tried to charge me for the entire two‑night stay, despite the fact that I left the same day due to their unsanitary and unsafe conditions."

"The hotel and Casino were very nice however I think they were very new still check-in took a lot longer than I believe it should. We were there for a conference, so there were a lot of of us and I believe they were understaffed in a few areas. Also the lobby bar had two bartenders one night yes they were slammed, but we are used to having a lot of us at a realtor convention however one of the bartenders had a horrible attitude demeanor, and acted as if she didn’t want to be there at all. I believe management should’ve stepped in and helped more but also this bartender at a certain time should’ve been sent home or sent to a different location in the casino that was less busy.I Someone else should’ve been pulled to replace her. I did speak to a manager and told him I understand we were a lot, but her attitude was not professional and had she tried, a little harder, we would’ve tipped her even more. More times than not I feel like these conventions are always understaffed or they don’t understand which type of clients are coming in. For future reference Realtors drink and eat a lot we are fun bunch we don’t mind waiting as long as it’s within reason, we tip well because we work hard and we play hard. Whoever is in charge of booking conferences maybe should look into who is coming so you can better staff certain areas.
Obviously certain clients aren’t going to drink as much but again it was a nice stay overall, but there were some kinks to be worked out."
"Let's start with the fact that their front door is kept locked 24/7'... . Bad area to say the least.
Pretty lobby but Poorly maintained property. Grass high. I had one towel, one washcloth and a hand towel for a 4 person room and no kleenex. They proudly advertised their heated pool and hot tub and breakfast but the pool and hot tub were empty and has been for awhile by looks. No breakfast at all, no coffee, not even bottled water available. The sundry was completely empty and no vend machines.
On the upside, the rooms were nice and clean, beds comfortable, and it was quiet. It's okay if you just need a place to crash and bring your own drinks and snacksbut if you're looking for any amenities, no. Just no. "

"The breakfast was fresh and hot every day. The menu was for everyone from children to adults. My wife and I had our granddaughters with us and they had a blast. The Parking was OK. I love that the parking lot was lit with lights and you can actually see where we were. We will always stay. Our first #1 hotel"
