"I got a good deal on a luxury room. It’s a little humid and the casino area smells of smoke but that is to be expected. The room was very nice, clean, and spacious. Staff were helpful and didn’t give us a hard time. Would recommend."

"Check in-Friday night the two employees were preoccupied on their phones and eating Mac n cheese… I didn’t even know when I was finished checking in.
Room-just don’t look down-carpet seemed a bit dirty, bottom of toilet base dirty (maybe urine(?), shower was so so and sink had dried toothpaste residue. No extra TP, no bathmat
Saturday the man working the desk was very helpful and professional to assist us with AC cooling in the room.
Good note-it was convenient to what we needed. Lobby very clean. Bed was comfortable and overall our floor was very quiet. The area seemed safe."

"The first room we were in, the air did not work. Moved us to a different room no problem. Next morning we only got to take 1 shower, there was 3 of us, the shower was a walk in shower ansmd it flooded the bathroom and out to the front door. We had a mess to clean up because the shower did not drain well. We were on our way to a memorial service and 2 of us did not get to shower. The property has refunded our money. The beds were comfy and everything else was great for us."
