"Das Sauerland Stern Hotel war insgesamt leider nur mittelmäßig. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die sehr gute Lage – alles ist fußläufig erreichbar, was gerade für Ausflüge praktisch ist. Leider wird dieser Vorteil durch den Service deutlich relativiert. Das Personal wirkte mehrfach unfreundlich und wenig hilfsbereit, bei Fragen oder Anliegen eher desinteressiert. Insgesamt fehlte es an Serviceorientierung und Freundlichkeit. Für den Preis hatten wir mehr erwartet. Insgesamt würden wir das Hotel...

"We had booked a room at the hotel, but it turned out the room was located in a separate 4 room cottage down a trail where we had to drive by car. We did not feel comfortable there, and room was relatively expensive. Therefore we drove back to the reception to ask for a room at the main hotel. In the reception they claimed that we had booked a room in the cottage. But no cottages were shown at booking by pictures or in writing, nor in our confirmation. "Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles passte zu 100%. Personal: freundlich, hilfsbereit, flott. Sauberkeit im ganzen Hotel gegeben. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Der moderne Wellnessbereich ist sehr entspannend. Der Außenpool mit Blick auf die Skipiste. Das Frühstück ist sehr frisch und mit guter Auswahl. Der Latte Macchiato mit Abstand der Beste den ich bisher getrunken habe. Das Hotel ist älteren Baujahrs jedoch an vielen Stellen modernisiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder."
