A reggeliztető személyzet jobban figyelhetne pl arra, hogy a tiszta poharakat nem szájával felfelé állitva hozza ki úgy, hogy mind a 10 ujja benne van a poharakban. Amikor érkeztünk a recepciós azt mondta, 10 % kedvezménnyel tudjuk náluk megvenni a fürdő belépőt. Másnap reggel az új recepcióstól vettünk, de teljes áron. Nem is említette a kedvezményt."

"An outside construction was in progress during my stay. Quite unpleasant, just outside of my window. At the arrival, I received a bottle of Italian Frizzante, as an apology. Nice gesture. Bed was confortable, room was clean. However, drain in the shower did not work well. Breakfast was OK, but with pastry few days old. Check out was not very pleasant, basically ruined my stay. I was left with mixed feelings."

"It’s a beautiful ungraded hotel in the mountains. The drive up there is beautiful, and there are a lots of hiking trails around. The place is very secluded and quiet. Lots of fun games inside and outside for kids and adults."

Negatives : no air conditioning in the room, the SPA very basic, the swimming pool very shallow and basic, jacuzzi with no massage (or not working), just one Finnish sauna working, the other bio-sauna closed; the water in the sauna cooling pool - terribly dirty and disgusting - I wasn't able to get in there! "The room was dirty, with weird stains and suspicious hairs everywhere. They give hardly any shower gel/shampoo- we had to use hand soap gel for the rest of our showers! The toilet and paper are literally IN the shower, so everything gets soaked. Nowhere to hang your towels. The doors don't lock. Everything was sticky and just gross, and the heat was on WAY too high in February - we had to open our window to stop sweating!! The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because of the free breakfast and...
