"The only good thing about this hotel was the beach …they had the worst service ever, the hotel looks old and smells like humid air, bartender was rude and the drinks are terrible. Everything was old. The restaurants super expensive for no reason. They claimed to have free activities for children at the lobby and didn’t have ANYTHING. They claimed to have a kids Zone when I went and asked it was closed like it didn’t exist and super sketchy. The pool was literally GREEEEN. nothing like the pictures uploaded."

"Lobby was beautiful, very convenient area and great view. NOW, the hotel is very old, the rooms are dated, housekeeping must be a foreign language as we stayed 4 days and didn’t get basic housekeeping services not once. We had to BEG for clean sheets and fresh towels, ROACHES on the patio. Room don’t even have a mirror to take a picture. I dreaded sleeping being that the bed was very uncomfortable and old, parking is scarce. Very first day I asked for clean sheets because I noticed a stain and they never brung them so I went to the desk and asked again and they handed me a set of sheets to make the bed myself. Asked for fresh towels every day and never got them. I literally went to Walmart and brought some. The manager was very apologetic. Front desk person stated the prior shift never related that we needed sheets and towels. Then the evening shift stated the same thing about the morning shift. Very unsatisfactory an unsanitary and It really gave more of a “good motel” than a resort or hotel"

"The room was clean and neat. The chairs were worn but clean. I had to go to the desk and ask for toliet paper. All in all, I was satisfied."

"We were able to get one of the last rooms after leaving our original destination due to poor conditions. I'm glad we did. The staff here was amazing, the rooms were great. The property was clean and right on the the water. They had such a fun area for swimming, playing, or sitting by the fire. Highly recommend!!"

"I would not stay here again I was very disappointed the pool was cold it was older you had to walk a ways to the office they don’t tell you much in the office such as there is a 24hr ice machine you can buy a bag of ice from and where the pools are just what pool you can not go in it wasn’t worth the money and we only stayed one night "

"We had a gulf view room, which was exactly what we wanted and could see dolphins from our balcony. The staff was friendly. The pool is really nice, but too many kids for my taste. We like to walk and never took the car for dinner. I would definitely recommend and hope to return soon."
