"We traveled as a family of four with two young children. The acommodation was fine, had all amenities and nice shower. The hammocks were really good for the kids. Location really good. The only drawback was that the service wasnt particularly friendly. We also didnt realise until after booking that they will add and extra 19% tax on top of the advertised fee so please be aware of this."

"Great stay"

"Una muy buena relación precio calidad."

"This is a clean hostal with Friendly staff, centrally located for downtown. It has a nice patio area and shared kitchen. The rooms are spacious enough. I was able to work sitting outside in Arica’s nice weather with a good quality wifi recommendation. Good value for money and I would stay again if passing through. "

"Had trouble communicating with staff "

"Friendly, helpful family with a nice big garden area close to centre of town ."

"More suited to younger travellers. "

"Prefect price, very clean space with breakfast included, booked a second night since we liked it so much, needed more rest and thw family who owns this place are very friendly."

"Limpeza dos quartos todos os dias, equipe de funcionários atenciosos, cozinha bem equipada. O único problema é não ter o café da manhã, a cafeteira mais próxima fica 810m do Hostal."

"C'est une auberge de jeunesse, malheureusement entourée de bar ou disco qui jouent parfois tres fort, même apres minuit avec les fenetres fermées on entendait la musique. Pour le prix il vaut mieux eviter."

"Quarto limpinho sempre. Cama confortável. Ótimo café. Muito bom tudo"

"The hostel is located near the market, which makes the area feel unsafe at night. The staff and volunteers were inattentive. The rooms are very dark and overcrowded with too many beds, leaving little space to move around or store luggage. There is only a small window, which doesn’t provide enough natural light or ventilation. Although there are a few seating areas, they feel cramped and are furnished with unattractive furniture. I do not recommend this hostel."
