My room had such a comfy bed and large bathroom with nice towels and amenities. Room had good outlets including USB’s near the bed. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Valet parking was so useful. And so centrally located. Would definitely book it again.

A really friendly welcome from the reception team and a super hotel that exceeded expectations and the website photos. Huge room with excellent facilities and a very large, comfortable bed. Breakfast was generous and plentiful. Guests were a little cramped at peak times in the communal breakfast area.

Comfortable and spacious room. Calling the area "River Park" isn’t very accurate, as it is some distance to the north Fresno highly regarded shopping area, but it's true it is closer to River Park than the vast majority of Fresno hotels. The bed was great for a good long sleep.

Receptionist super helpful and welcoming, hotel spotless and well located. Breakfast offered a variety. Highly recommend.

Really nice and clean. Very accommodating for our early checkin which was greatly appreciated. Great gym, and lovely pool for a morning dip!

Absolutely wonderful stay. Lovely lodge with everything we could need and a great balcony to look out into the forest. Friendly staff and great food in the tavern/restaurant. Useful shop with supplies for packed lunches.

The hotel seemed new, was very clean and the bed was so comfortable! I would stay again but feel they need to work out a few kinks. We booked a room with 1 queen bed because it was the only thing available. The description said the room slept 3 people. I assumed they would have a cot or rollaway bed available but they do not offer that. The employee said the third person could share the queen bed or sleep in the recliner. There wasn’t a recliner in the room. They shouldn’t advertise that the...
