"Hotel was nice, beautiful views. If you don’t want do use a lot of steps, both to your room and around the property, don’t stay here. I assume a lot of Sedona properties are like this due to the terrain, but if you prefer less steps, I’m sure there are properties that can provide that as well. "

"This hotel needs a lot of updating and upgrading. Almost $500 per night without a breakfast wasn't worth it. Short staffed, calls from the room weren't attended. Noise from the rain at night was very uncomfortable. Broken elevator, had to use stairs."

"The only negative I would have is the rooms need an update. Our mattress was so bad I felt like I had a spring in my back. "

"My family stayed there for three nights and it was great. It was very quiet and the room was clean and everything worked without issue. There was 1 king bed and 2 pull out couches so there was plenty of room for the five of us. Would definitely stay here again."
