"Geat location, beautiful surroundings atmosphere, great staff ( Fitim and Samuel). Most friendly and helpful receptionists and helpful evet, lovely and great first impressions of the hotel. Everything about the hotel was good. It was clean, comfortable and the food was nice especially the breakfast was all Organic, great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. I was pleased with my stay. I hope for a longer visit in the future. "

And excellent service by or host Genti, very helpful with any question we had regarding the house, and quick to respond, and also offers rental car service. "God beliggenhet og kun noen 100 meter fra stranda. Alt man trenger er i umiddelbar nærhet. Standarden på hotellet var bra, men bærer preg av at det ikke har blitt helt ferdigstilt. (Mangler mulighet til å låse bade/dodøra) Det var en del støy fra motorvei som ligger rett ved hotellet. Service fra mannen i resepsjonen er helt eksemplarisk, hjalp til med alt man spurte om og mangler noe på rommet står han på døra kun minutter etter. Frokosten kunne vært litt mer variert, samme utvalg hver dag....

"I used Holiday Hotel just for a night due to a connecting flight. It was perfect - only minutes from the airport, breakfast was included. The room was spatious, bathrobe & slippers, great blackout curtains. The hotel is spotless and very modern. Staff were super friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again!"

"Hotel was great. Right on the beach, had a restaurant but also close to many others along the boardwalk. Never had to fight for a beach chair. Pool looked like it would have been great, but it wasn’t open for the season yet. That’s why the 4 stars instead of 5. Staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay!"

"We booked an all inclusive but there was no all inclusive service provided. Meals were very smal with little options or variety mostly cold when served. There were no activities ongoing through the day . The gym also had old non working equipments. The staffs were nice and friendly esp the cleaning staff, very kind and helpful. "

"We got best family room (501) with sea view though balcony was quite small. Hitel was very clean and staff are very friendly especially receptionist called "Suadia"...young passionate with smile at work. Hotel does not have great amenities except for outdoor pool which we couldn't use it as it was cold in start of April !! Location wise its excellent as on the beach and away from Durres city buzz. "
