"The manager, Liz and her staff were excellent knowledgeable, helpful, and always at the ready to do whatever was necessary or requested by me and the rest of the guest. A definite pleasure that hopefully next time the pool and spa will have been inspected properly and will be open for guests."

"Sam was working the front desk when we arrived, and he was excellent. Very friendly and accommodating. I liked that there were massage chairs available in the lobby for free, as well as complimentary chicken gumbo for dinner! The property was older but seemed to be well maintained, and all the facilities we used were very clean. I could hear people walking on the floor above me, so I would suggest trying to get a room on the second floor. "

"It's a bit rundown on the outside, but some improvements have been made inside. Gotta love the turquoise bathtub, though! Doesn't seem too busy. Had a 1st floor room and didn't hear overhead or outside noise. "

"It was a standard stay. The breakfast buffet was good. The hot tub and pool were closed due to water conservation, but we did not find out until we got there. That was part of why we chose this hotel. Convenient location for our visit. The towels were a little worn, but still usable."

"Exterior of hotel is quaint. Staff was very helpful and nice. Had no issues with late check in. Parking lot was small. Mattress was very firm, slept okay. Bedding was simple and clean. There was obvious improvements made to the room (flooring, beds, bath tub tile). Some of remodel was either rushed or done by a DIYer. We were only there to sleep for one night. I think with the condition of the room, the nightly rate should be more in the *80 range not $99 on weekday night. Housekeeping...

Highly recommend the restaurant for the service and tasty menu - must try the Pistachio Velvet drink - very smooth and delicious. The spa is beautifully relaxing with the perfect staff to match!"
