"This is a great value hotel, close to town it's clean and Matthew was very helpful at reception. It's my second time staying here and I have no hesitation in coming back next time I'm in Launceston."

"Staff were fantastic, at reception and in the lounge/ bar area. The deck area would be great in Summer but it was raining when we were there but still so much room. Excellent place to stay."

"Very comfy bed and lovely quiet room. A huge shoutout to Will, a happy, pleasant young man who could not do enough for us. Thank you Will for an amazing breakfast experience. One disappointing thing for breakfast was if you drank coffee you got it for free BUT I don’t drink coffee but if I wanted a hot chocolate I had to pay for it. (Because they don’t put hot chocolate in the free machine anymore). I thought that was unfair. We pre-purchased parking for $10 per night, well worth it. All staff were friendly and patient."
