"The hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. The only issue I had is not being allowed to valet park. I guess they could not take any more cars. So we had to park in the garage behind the hotel"

"The property was nice for an older building. Drury has taken care of the space for sure. The parking is absolutely horrible and we waited for nearly 30 minutes for our car after requesting it. It's a bit over priced for what you get, but not the worst."

"Great location downtown but for a Crown Plaza Hotel it was pretty average - felt worn, tired and old. AC shot off while we were out for the evening and room was stuffy upon return (hallway was really cold). We had to turn it off and back on again and it took a while to catch up on a hot August evening. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly. Restaurant was just worn down with peeling floor and hard chairs."
