The room was clean and spacious though it was a bit dark for nighttime reading. The ice machine on our floor was not working, so we had to go two floors up to find ice. These incidents were minor, and we would highly recommend staying at this hotel."

"Everything great, except check in process. That process was extremely slow. What caused the delay were the folks coming in and trying to reserve rooms that didn't have reservations. That tied up the staff members to a halt. Have one line for reservation check in, ams one for fold that are looking to make one"
