"The hotel is in excellent condition; however, I have two observations. The first is about the breakfast: although it is good, it is quite basic and there seemed to be a lack of attention from the staff as well as in the replenishment of the food. Several of the food trays were almost empty, the bread was frozen, the coffee was extremely strong, and there was no staff available to assist guests. The second thing that surprised me was that Wi-Fi internet requires an additional fee. It had been years since I had seen a hotel charge extra for this service"

"Went there for a get away with the wife and staff was sitting in the back room on his phone. The place looks like it was remolded but still has an old smell. Bathroom was outdated. "

"Apparently, they were working on the fourth floor, and there was glue all over the flooring. Nobody notified me of this, so I got out of the elevator and ended up with glue all over my feet and my suitcase, only to be told by the construction worker that I shouldn’t have been on that floor and I needed to go back down to the front desk it was just a mess. I was sent back out of the hotel to wait for another room on a suitable floor that was not under construction. "
