"was told when i booked that the pool would be open - it wasnt. breakfast not good. dinner was good though. restaurant staff are good. front desk staff didnt listen to anything and though i understand were busy with a full house, that doesnt mean you can dismiss questions and not be helpful."

"Outstanding property- this was our third stay. Everything is first class- and no details are missed. This stay the front desk staff told us to only text any questions or needs. We did just that. Our TV remote needed batteries- so it was unusable. Light bulbs needed to be replaced. So a priceless jewel on Route 66 earned a poor review because of non-responsive front desk clerks. We sat in a dark room with no TV. "

"The location was ideal. We were able to walk to dinner and shops. We were leaving early to hike and the drive to the trail head was less than 10 minutes. It was a perfect location."

"We enjoyed our stay here. We arrived late and found the room clean and comfortable. The staff, specifically the cleaning staff, is top notch! We had just left our room and was loading up our vehicle when the cleaning Lady came to the parking lot to give us the earbuds my granddaughter had left in the bed! We were really impressed by her! The breakfast provided with the stay was sufficient."
