Customer service at the front desk was efficient and check in was super professional as well. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, however the temp in the room was a little chilly and it barely warmed up after changing on the thermostat."

"Great lake view, nice sitting area outside each lake view room on the ground floor, including a grill...not sure about other floor levels... some areas were under construction but not an issue, room was nice and beds were clean, fresh daily buffet breakfast with excellent kitchen staff and friendly encounters with each level of staff. Noticed great communication and teamwork amongst room attendant ladies. Overall pleasant and quiet stay. "
