Search Farmstay in Northeast Alabama

"There was one staff member present upon check in. She seemed a little agitated though not at me. She was cordial and that was fine. Our biggest issue came about 1:00 am where the guests directly above us spent quite some time walking very lively back and forth. This is in no way the fault of the hotel. The walls seem to be quite thin as after we woke, I could hear the conversation of the guests beside us and they were not talking loudly. Overall, I would say this was a pleasant stay and I would be happy to stay here again. "

"Upon arrival, neither the micro wave or refrigerator worked. They were in a wedge corner cabinet. Had to get on floor and pull both units out of cabinet to find they were unplugged , so that was concerning as to why . Obvious room hadn't been checked prior. I know it's free, but found the items on the breakfast tables bland in taste and a pretty limited selection compared to others I've had at other similar motels. ie only sausage, no bacon, no fresh pastries. "

"Nice, newly renovated hotel for the price. Slow check in and was told incorrect time for breakfast but other than that it was a good deal for a quick overnight stay. "

"Room was nice and big; bed was comfortable. Overall room and facility was clean. Kitchen was great and a big plus. There is some noise transfer from room to room as well as floor to floor, however it was generally quiet fairly quickly after quiet time. "

"Don’t let the older exterior fool you….this was a lovely hotel, clean and comfortable. The only complaints I have are that the air conditioning unit was louder than it could have been…and I hate that there are no curtains to block the parking lot lights from next door….had to clip the “fake “ curtains together so it was dark enough to sleep."
