"Finally a hotel chain location that gets it. Not only was the GM of the location accessible but she took the lead on our predicament. We needed to book a hotel for the day before we would arrive from the end of a cruise, so we wouldn’t be stuck waiting until 3pm to check in. She handled all of the necessary arrangements to prevent us receiving a no-show and losing our room. She emailed her staff so all would be aware of our special circumstances and when our cruise had an entire day delay, we were able to communicate with anyone that answered and keep them updated. We finally arrived at 1:30am the day after we were supposed to get there and it was a smooth and seamless check in for our tired bodies. We walked into a clean and comfortable room at a great price and this hotel had exceptional ratings for a good rate and it shows why. A huge thank you to Justine and all her staff who had a friendly smile to greet us whenever we passed them. "
