"On arrival we were unable to access the property and had to wait for another guest to let us in. Smooth check process thereafter, Michael receptionist lovely and welcoming. Property description is not entirely what it seems as whole chalet is a bit miss leading, the rooms are part of a large building and spacious, clean rooms. "Lovely clean and tidy room a little dated but all working. The only thing i think i was a bit disappointed in was the window and outside things like the lanterns on the terrace were filthy and didn’t reflect how nicely it was kept inside. Breakfast was good, not a lot of choice but to be fair there weren’t many people staying there when we went. Manager - get your windows and outside things cleaned and you’ll presenting yourself perfectly."

Was disappointed the outdoor pool was not in use anymore as that's advertised on Expedia and it was late July, the indoor pool facilities is somewhat tired too, would have enjoyed relaxing around the pool and reading my book, but overall, very good, food was also very good."

"Had a wonderful overnight stay at the hotel and made use of the spa, which although small was perfect for a hour to relax in amd wasn't crowded. The hotel is in a great location at the top of the high st so we were able to explore the town as well as use the hotel facilities. The bedroom was comfortable and large. The only negative was that the extractor fan wasn't working in the bathroom so it took ages to demise. Plenty of choice for breakfast but could have had more staff on to clear tables. All in all a great stay and would recommend Harbour Hotel"
