The room was perfect except the fridge didn't work and they didn't fix it when I asked. The spa was THE BOMB in the best way, amazing treatments, facility exceeded my expectations...I'd go back for that alone. I went to see a concert and it was a very comfortable top-notch experience. I'd go back there to see a show again, a very fun weekend getaway idea from the bay area. The food options on site were just ok. I tried Uno Mas, the Cafe and the buffet (buffet highlight were the all you can eat snow crab legs). While the dining staff were mostly excellent, the food quality could have been much better for the prices.

Love this place! We’ve stayed there several times, and every time has been fantastic. Walking distance to so many great places to eat and drink. Walk along the river. Enjoy the speakeasy. Such a unique and fun place to stay that isn’t a casino!

We love this place. We have stayed several times. My only recommendations would be to add an area rug in living area. The tile gets super cold.( even with heater on) and to have more coffee packs, creamers & sweeteners in room. Very small issues, but would make stay even more speven more enjoyable. But, we do love it here

I do not recommend. Buffet was expensive and food wasn’t worth the price. Noticed a lot of other people leaving plates partially eaten and left to be taken. We had 2 rooms across the hall from each other and 3 people decided at 4 am that our doors were a good place to have a fight among each other ...
