I've stayed at every hotel in South Lake Tahoe. The Golden Nugget isn't my favorite. Check in takes forever because there are only two staff members manning the desk. The line is long... and make sure not to book dinner reservations before 6PM on the day of check in, you'll never make it in time. ...
